Are you planning a Winter photoshoot in Paris?
Winter photoshoots are great: a beautiful light, warming up in each other arms, enjoying the Christmas spirit in December…
But the Winter in Paris, from November to March, can be cold. Temperatures can vary from 2°C to 10°C (35 to 50 F). In that case, you have to prepare the right outfits.
When you are on the Trocadero especially, you can feel the cold even more as it’s a windy place.
Therefore, here are few tips for you to decide what your perfect outfits will be to feel comfortable and warm.
What to wear for your parisian winter photoshoot?
Tip number 1 : Think in terms of jacket and scarf instead of top or dress
Summer time is perfect to wear a beautiful dress for your photoshoot, in Winter altough most of the time your dress will be hidden.
I would recommand to choose a nice jacket, a scarf as well as boots, so you can feel warm during the entire photoshoot.
Tip number 2: What to wear for a winter photoshoot with your hubby
As I mentioned previously, Christmas is the perfect season to warm up in each other arms or to go in a Parisian cafe!
For your outfits, avoid brands or strips on your top. Choose 2-3 colors (dare colors) that you will spread between the two of you.
Example here: white / black / beige-pink
Tip number 3: What to wear for a family winter photoshoot
You can choose 2-3 colours that you dispatch among every person or one colour that everybody can wear as a touch of colour. Example here: a touch of purple for everybody.
Tip number 4: Where to buy your winter outfits
Of course, there are loads of shops where you can go. I’ve selected for you 3 online shops, where you can find what you want.
Jackets:
Asos // New Look // Marks & Spencer
Scarves:
