Proposal in Giverny
Proposal & engagement photos
Are you looking to propose to your girlfriend while you’re on vacation in Paris?
Around 1 hour and a half away from Paris, Giverny is an amazing location for a proposal for those who like nature, flowers or the painter Claude Monet.
That was the case of Missy and Charles who love nature and met for the first time in Monet’s Garden!
1. The Proposal
As a nature hotographer who already worked in Monet’s Garden, Charles already knew the right person who let us (the couple, the videographer and myself) enter in the garden early in the morning.
As it was a surprise proposal, Missy & Charles walked around the garden by themselves at first and we (videographer & myself) were waiting for their arrival at the famous Japanese bridge.
They finally arrived and Charles kneeled to proposed his pretty girlfriend… And she said “Yes!!”

2. Engagement Photo Session in Monet’s Garden
We all walked around Monet’s Garden to capture the love and happiness of these lovebirds. They wanted some photos for their save the date as well as for their wedding. After the proposal, we still had time on our own to enjoy this empty garden. We (the couple, the videographer and myself) were the four of us in the garden, with no other people except gardeners. How awesome!

3. Breakfast time in their nearby B&B
They ended this beautiful engagement morning in their B&B. Charles imagined a lovely romantic table with fresh red roses, champagne, a breakfast with fresh fruits and juice… And a last more surprise, a love letter to his fiance. Such a romantic proposal!
