The Palais Royal Gardens (see on Google Maps how far it is from your hotel / Airbnb) is one of my favorite park in Paris for a photoshoot.
Why? Because it offers a variety of backgrounds, the architecture is amazing and so parisian and in the morning, you may be the only ones having a photoshoot there.
Let’s do a tour of the different backgrounds you can have if you choose this location for your family photoshoot.

Black and white columns
Thes columns represent a great playground for kids. They love jumping from one column to another, going up a column and be pround of themselves!
The columns will also bring a graphic look on your photos.
White columns with beautiful lamps (so parisian!)
These marble columns offer a beautiful, aestethic and parisian look to the photos.
Also it gives a shelter in case of rain.
A garden with a fountain
Flowers & beautiful trees
Apart from a beautiful architecture, you can also enjoy nature with lines of lime trees and flowers.
In spring, you will enjoy magnolias blossoming and amazing fall colors in the Fall season.
Walkable distance from the Louvre and Tuileries Garden
If we still have time after wandering this amazing garden, we can go either to the Louvre or the Tuileries Garden, which are around 10 minutes walk from the garden.
